SHIPPING: Orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment, but most generally, they are shipped the next day. Exceptions would be power failure or other natural catastrophe preventing internet access. If there is a problem with your order, we will email you and let you know as soon as possible. For the past 8 years, we have used only the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping needs, and feel they provide excellent service and competitive rates. Your order will ship either First Class Parcel or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order when it is packed. US Domestic Shipping Fees added at checkout are based on dollar total of your order as follows:

SHIPPING REFUNDS: We are not in the shipping business and do not increase profits by inflating your shipping costs. If the actual cost of shipping your order is less than the amount you have paid, we will refund the difference! If the actual cost is more than you have paid, we will pay the difference.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We DO ship international. However, because the rates vary for each country, we ask that you email us prior to ordering to determine what the shipping will be for your country to avoid misunderstandings and possible disappointment.
PAYMENTS: We offer paypal on-line. Paypal customes can use their established account to pay for their order. Not a paypal customer? No Problem! Just visit their website - www.paypal.com and set up your account. It's free! You may also pay by check or money order if you wish. While we accept both, we don't recommend personal checks because it severely delays shipment of your order as we must wait for checks to clear before your order is shipped. This can take up to 10 business days.
